Resilience training program is designed to build the skills you need to cope with stress, adversity and trauma and adapt in healthy ways. It has a broad application and reach—from employees in the corporate to college students and even housewives. At American Wellness center the Resilience training program is run by mental healthcare team of psychologists, coaches, and counselors who are experienced in the field of resilience training in depth through their knowledge of clinical and human psychology and use evidence-based strategies to help you learn the required set of skills. Our psychologist teaches resilience activities by using a mental health framework and utilizes a curriculum of science-backed practices proven to enhance resilience and well-being in total as a result .
Participants form small groups and introduce new habits incrementally, applying skills between sessions and reporting back during weekly virtual meetings.

Sessions can be chosen from 45 min to 60 min per week or as per your choice and based on your personal needs. It is recommended to take min 8 sessions of 45 -60 min to start seeing the required results.
A program consisting of 6- to 10 sessions of 60 minutes is offered initially. This is subject to the type of group, their requirements, and needs. Our psychologists require you to initially assess you as a potential group member of a certain group of people to make sure better outcome and results. The initial assessment will be of 25-30 min evaluation.
