Dry needling involves the insertion of thin filament sterile needles into tissues, muscle trigger points, fascia, tendon, and ligaments etc.
What is a trigger point?
A trigger point is an area of the muscle which it is formed by tight and weak fibers without proper blood circulation.
An active trigger point is painful in touch, it develops a referred pain and gives muscle spasm.
What are the effects of dry needling?
